BERGMANN GUANTES Ronin (mudoks records 014-1190): Bergmann, das ist der Überlinger Pianist Hubert Bergmann, Guantes der Münchner Kontrabassist Elmar Guantes. Die Beiden kennen sich schon seit den 80ern, im Zusammenspiel mit Patrice Heral oder Udo Schindler. Andererseits setzt Guantes auch im Occhio Quartet mit Limpe Fuchs, Zoro Babel und Hans Wolf seine Farbtupfer. Mit dem HB-Mann, der gleich zu Beginn sein Instrument rabiat und rasant von allen Seiten traktiert, macht er den Klopfspecht, nur um gleich danach ganz sonor die dicken Saiten in Schwingung zu versetzen, so dass nun Bergmanns Pianonoten kristallin leuchten.
